Dates: April 2nd - June 18th, 2025 (12 weeks)

Day/Time: Wednesdays, 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm 
Location: Old Town Hall (Upstairs) & Online (Hybrid)

Pricing: $144.00 (+GST) - 12 Classes (Prorated for late registrations)​

Class Description:​

Join our Yoga Fusion - Longevity Practice to explore movements that boost circulation, improve balance, and build long-lasting strength - especially in key areas like the core, hips, and shoulders. Suitable for all ages and experience levels, this class empowers you to move with ease, resilience, and vitality for lifelong well-being.

​

Reconnect with your body and mind in this active yoga practice! Peter will guide you through a variety of seated and standing postures, emphasizing good form, alignment, and breath awareness. Accessible to all, and incorporating a variety of yoga postures and styles, classes will evolve over the length of the session building strength, flexibility, relaxation, and muscle memories.

Instructor:

Peter Kusovac was certified as a yoga instructor in 2003 while studying with Yogrishi Vishvketu.

He designs unique classes that reflect his ongoing study and practice with international yoga masters and practitioners.

​

Class Notes:

​

This class will be offered in Hybrid mode, with in-person classes happening at the Old Town Hall (61 Main Street) and Peter will use Zoom to broadcast the class live. If the in-person class registration is full we will offer an online-only version of the class.
